AVTools.pro Beta Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using this beta application, you agree to participate in the AVTools.pro Beta Program under the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to TPGen Pro, other AVTools.pro beta applications, and any related feedback or submissions you provide.
1. Beta Purpose
The Apps are provided for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes only. They may contain bugs, incomplete features, or inaccurate results. The Apps are not guaranteed for production use.
2. Acceptable Use
- You may use the Apps only for lawful testing and evaluation.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Apps or access credentials without written permission.
- You may not use the Apps in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or reputation.
3. Data and Feedback
- By submitting feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant AVTools.pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Apps.
- Feedback may be stored in third-party tools (e.g., Google Forms/Sheets, GitHub).
- No personal data is required; any contact info provided (e.g., email) will be used only for Program communications.
4. Confidentiality
Beta features and updates are confidential until publicly released. You agree not to share screenshots, downloads, links, or access credentials outside the Program without written permission.
5. Termination and Updates
We may modify or end the Program at any time without notice. Access to beta builds may be removed or replaced with newer versions. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms posted on this page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials remain the property of AVTools.pro. No rights or ownership are transferred by participating in the beta.
7. No Warranty
The Apps are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
